The minimum time interval between your first and second attempt should be thirty days. Some colleges will allow you to appear in a single admission period, while others will allow you to appear only once in a single admission period.
The number of times you can appear after the second attempt will depend on the rules of the college you are appearing for. Some colleges specify a mandatory waiting period of two and a half months, before taking the test for a third time. After the third time, an individual will have to wait for almost two years to attempt TEAS once again. There may be some other universities which are not very particular about the time gap between consecutive appearances. They may set a deadline and ask you to appear for the test as often as you can, before the set deadline. However, officially, ATI has not really put a limit on the number of times you can appear for the exam.

How Do I Register For The Test
Registration is completed via the ATI website. Visit www.atitesting.com and create a user account. When you create an account and you are a GHC student, be sure to search for GA Highlands College as your institution. Do not search for Georgia.
Log in to www.atitesting.com using your ATI username and password and select the online store. Then choose Register for the TEAS .
You must select TEAS for Nursing Students to view offerings at GHC. The tests for Nursing and Dental Hygiene are the same. Your scores will be accessible to both the Nursing and Dental Hygiene departments.
Once you register and pay the testing fees, a confirmation email will be sent to you from ATI.

How Many Questions Are On Ati Tests
There are a total of 170 questions on the ATI test and students get a total of 209 minutes to answer the questions.
The test is separated into four sections: reading, mathematics, science, and English and language usage. The reading and the science parts of the test usually take the longest and have the greatest number of questions 53 each.

Teas Exam Cancellation Policy At Psi
You may cancel and reschedule a test appointment without forfeiting your fee if your cancellation notice is received 2 days before the scheduled test date. For example, for a Monday appointment, the cancellation notice would need to be received on the previous Saturday. You may call PSI at 833-537-1330 to reschedule or log into your ATI account and navigate to the test tab. The Test of Essential Academic Skills has been approved by the State of California as a pre-entrance exam for applicants to the Nursing Program. The TEAS measures basic essential skills in the academic content areas of reading, mathematics, science and English. Prospective nursing students are limited to two attempts at the TEAS between any two admission deadlines . Only scores from the TEAS taken within one year of the application deadline for which the student is applying will be considered. Within these parameters, students may select the TEAS score report to be included with their application to the undergraduate nursing program. Students will indicate their selection by uploading the appropriate score report into Nursing CAS with their other application material.
If the TEAS score report submitted does not follow this policy, then the NursingCAS application cannot be considered for admission.
Note: Applicants can now submit their highest total score report. View your TEAS score report to determine the highest total score not your highest scores for each of the four sections of the TEAS. Remember you have limited TEAS attempts per our policy. Applicants cannot mix and match section scores from different attempts. Applicants can only upload one TEAS score report. Students achieving an individual score of 64 or higher on the ATI TEAS Individual Performance Profile are eligible to submit a NursingCAS application for consideration.
