This is just my opinion, you can certainly drink a nice cup of hibiscus tea just about any time of day. But I find it to be particularly delightful just after dinner.

The sweet-tart flavor gives you a nice little pick-me-up in the waning hours of the day but without the caffeine jolt that can interrupt your sleep patterns and make you groggy the next morning.

This is the time.

For me, this is the time to drink my cup of hibiscus tea. Not every day. I like to mix it up a bit, but when I do have a cup of hibiscus it is in the evening.
