All you need to make this warming beverage is a few simple ingredients: ginger root, cream, honey, water and maybe some freshly ground spices.   • 1 3″ piece of fresh ginger root
  • 4 cups water
  • Freshly ground Cinnamon and nutmeg

    According to WebMD, ginger helps to settle stomach aches and nausea, and it may also help alleviate symptoms from muscle pain, menstrual cramps, and respiratory ailments including asthma, coughs, and bronchitis.     Now, youll find ginger in two main forms. First is the actual ginger root, which is not exactly attractive. Its got a gray-light brown peel on the outside, and the best way to remove it is with a potato peeler. Ignore the knots and harder bits.
