How Do You Make This At Home
First you’ll need to make 2 ounces or shots of espresso coffee. Then, you’ll need to heat and froth your milk of choice. In your 12oz mug of choice, you’ll add your cookie butter.
Pour your espresso coffee into the mug and using a handheld frother, mix the cookie butter and espresso until combined.
Slowly pour in your frothed milk into the espresso.
Lastly, top your latte with whipped cream and biscoff cookie crumbles.

Starbucks isn’t the only coffee chain with holiday exclusives. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has quite the list of festive beverages to get any Grinch excited about the month of December.
At the forefront of its seasonal offerings is its popular Cookie Butter Latte, which actually is becoming a permanent menu item. The drink was first introduced as a part of the chain’s exclusive fall menu, along with the Pumpkin Spiced Chai Latte and the Pumpkin Chocolate Loaf. But the drink received such positive feedback that the California-based coffee chain had to make it a regular staple on the menu.
“Social media also lobbied us consistently throughout the year for Cookie Butter Latte to make a holiday return,” Paul Diver, Vice President of Marketing, International Coffee & Tea LLC, said in a press release sent to Mashed. “We listened and have made Cookie Butter a permanent addition to the menu. Happy Holidays and beyond!”

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf welcomes the 2018 holiday season with the introduction of the new Speculoos Cookie Butter Latte along with the return of seasonal favorite beverages.

The Speculoos Cookie Butter Latte features espresso swirled with milk, hints of spiced shortbread cookie notes, ginger and warm spices.
You can get it hot, iced or as an Ice Blended drink at participating locations for a limited-time through January 6, 2019.
The coffee chain is also welcoming back seasonal fan-favorites, including:
- Winter Dream Tea Latte: Black tea, rooibos, sweet spices and vanilla. Available hot and ice blended.
- Peppermint Mocha Latte: Chocolate and peppermint flavor notes. Available hot, iced, ice blended.

The other day on Instagram, I posted this picture and said, I am officially giving up The One Ingredient Diet in favor of The Cookie Butter Diet. I was joking, of course, but here we are: 3 days later and cookie butter has already nudged its way onto One Ingredient Chef. Maybe I wasnt joking
What is cookie butter, you ask? Trader Joes carries a product which is basically Speculoos cookies and sugars and oils blended together like peanut butter. Like a good disciple of The One Ingredient Diet, I always passed it up. But last week, I finally caved and bought a jar. It was a mistake. I quickly learned that cookie butter is the most obnoxiously delicious food that has ever crossed my lips.
At this point, I am considering a move to Australia just so I can get away from Trader Joes and permanently cut myself off from this delectable spread which may quickly become an uncontrollable and very anti-one-ingredient addiction.
The real problem, however, came when I discovered that this stuff melts perfectly in hot liquid. A lightbulb went off in my head: why not combine the new addiction with my old addiction to create the most marvelous latte the world has ever seen?
It worked even better than I expected.
This is going to be a problem.
