Most of the employees are nice at my former location but the GM can be rude and picks favorites. If you are a favorite you will succeed but if not it can be a pain to work. Always felt like you were about to get fired. Higher management is ok, they were nice but all in all not a good experience.
Management does not care about you and constantly ridicules and criticizes you. I worked here for a short time because the overall energy of the place was negative. Dont recommend working at this company!
Very disrespectful and unprofessional often firing people with no reasonings. Allows specific people to have breaks and free food and then others not. Managers are okay with being dude to customers and have threatened to call the police several times. They do not allow refunds and will only give customers who are upset with their service giftcards just to get more poor service from them. The only thing that makes this place good is their crew and they are all unappreciated and underpaid.
I really have nothing negative to say about this company the were great and I moved up quick. Unfortunately I had to move states for family otherwise I would had stayed.

Chen, who is from China, said that the bubble tea franchise actually evolved from their first venture, which brought the authentic Poke bowl and sushi burrito experience to Rochester.
We were on the lookout for branding opportunities and wanted to make sure we kept up with the latest trends in major cities, he said. At the time, the sushi burrito and Poke bowl created a lot of buzz in New York City, but no one was doing this in upstate New York.
Their first franchise store, under the Taichi brand, opened in Buffalo, N.Y., in 2017.
In 2018, they opened a location in the bustling College Town area of Rochester, where they also introduced the community to traditional Japanese Ramen.
