The most wonderful time of the year is almost upon usand no, I’m not talking about Christmas. Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte returns at the end of every August, and we’re just counting down the days until we can grab one from the drive-thru. But until then, Starbucks is making it easier than ever to enjoy the classic flavor from home .

The brand announced today that their pumpkin spice-inspired collection is back in grocery stores across the country, and includes two brand new products: A pumpkin-spice flavored non-dairy almond and oat milk creamer, and a pumpkin-flavored cold brew coffee concentrate. Plus, the collection includes all the classics we loved last year, like ground coffee, K-Cups, and instant coffee packets.

The entire product line is available right now at Target, so don’t wait to add these to your next pick-up order!

Is The Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Vegan

Despite being one of Starbucks most popular drinks, the coffee chain does not currently offer a fully vegan version of its Pumpkin Spice Latte in U.S. stores.

Although customers can swap out dairy milk for a plant-based alternative, the pumpkin syrup is currently made with skim milk and Starbucks does not currently offer vegan whipped cream in the U.S.

In 2018, Starbucks introduced a vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, and Austria. The beverage proved to be so popular in the UK, that stores across the country began running out of the product by October. UK customers can also find dairy-free whipped cream topping, as well as a vegan Pumpkin Spice Cookie.

Starbucks, however, introduced the hugely popular Oatly oat milk in stores across the country earlier this year, giving customers the choice of four different plant-based milks.

And even more vegan items are expected to launch in the near future, after the chains CEO told investors that plant-based food and drink is the most dominant shift in consumer behavior.

As the worlds largest coffeehouse chain, Starbucks are embracing the plant-based trend on a global scale too.

How Do I Make A Pumpkin Spice Latte Sweeter

There are many ways to make your latte even sweeter, such as by adding more pumpkin pie syrup or adding syrups like caramel, mocha, or chocolate. Substituting the Torani syrup for a pumpkin spice coffee creamer could be a sweet way to go or simply sprinkling additional spices on top, like cinnamon and nutmeg. Conversely, if youd appreciate a bigger espresso flavor, add another shot and perk your day up! When you make a homemade version of this latte, you can make it exactly the way you want it or just have a blast making new versions to fall in love with.

PEOPLE got the chance to test out the new creamer before it hit shelves, and we were more than impressed by the way it transformed a below-average cup of office coffee into what could easily pass as the real thing. Pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors all blended together to replicate the recognizable PSL taste, giving off a comforting aroma and making us dream of the sweater weather that seems oh-so-far-away from these sweltering days.

What Is Coffee Creamer Typically Made Of

While the ingredients for most coffee creamers vary based on the brand, in general, they are a mixture of water, sugar and vegetable oil. This is true in case of non-dairy creamers of course. Some creamers might also contain milk and milk based ingredients- like milk powder for instance.

Heavier creamers may also use whipping cream and/or condensed milk as an ingredient, much like our recipe.

Can I Skip The Condensed Milk Into My Pumpkin Spice Creamer

The reason why most people tend to avoid using condensed milk is the fact that it is usually packed full of sugar, which is not great for those watching their weight.

A lot of coffee creamer recipes call for the use of condensed milk, which is rich in calories, along with milk protein, which can be unsuitable for individuals suffering from lactose intolerance.

If youre one of those, you can of course, skip the condensed milk in this recipe, but if youre not, we highly suggest you dont. The condensed milk really adds a depth of flavor to the creamer. Plus, youre really not adding that much creamer to your coffee anyway.

Starbucks new vegan pumpkin spice creamer was inspired by the chains fan-favorite pumpkin spice latte.

The iconic drink features the chains signature espresso, steamed milk, and a blend of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove flavors. The PSL is topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices.

Unfortunately, the creamy fall beverage cant be customized to be made vegan. While customers can swap out the dairy milk for a plant-based alternative, the base of the drinkthe pumpkin spice syrupcontains condensed milk.

Although the US hasnt released a non-dairy pumpkin spice syrup , the UK has. In 2018, Starbucks UK debuted vegan pumpkin spice lattes, which can be made with either soy, oat, or almond milk.

In September 2020, Starbucks UK took its vegan fall menu to the next level, launching vegan whipped cream for a limited time. So pumped for this. Last year I sat with a pumpkin coffee somewhere plotting to bring my own plant-based whippy cream , an eager Instagram user wrote.

Worry not, PSL lovers stateside can still order a vegan pumpkin spice latte of sorts. Simply opt for a vanilla latte, order it with your plant milk of choice, and add pumpkin spice topping.

Have You Ever Taken A Look At Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients

Before 2003, you knew fall was around the corner when leaves began turning, back-to-school items popped up in stores, and the temperature dropped. Today, however, those things hardly matter. Its not fall until Starbucks starts selling its pumpkin spice latte.

Need your PSL fix right now? Heres how we make them at home.

Whether you like a good PSL or not, you cant deny that the world just cant get enough pumpkin spice. Since their creation, Starbucks has sold 350 million of its famous lattesthats more pumpkin lattes than there are people living in the United States. Not many PSL fans actually know whats in their drink, however, so we broke down the ingredients to find out how much pumpkin is in that to-go cup. Heres whats really in a pumpkin spice latte, listed from the greatest quantity to the least.

Ingredient #1: Milk

OK, no surprise here. Plenty of Starbucks beverages are actually more creamer than they are coffee, including the Pumpkin Spice Latte. Unless otherwise specified, Starbucks uses 2% milk to give you that rich, creamy flavor. Even if it seems odd that the biggest ingredient in this beverage is milk, the good news is that all that dairy delivers 40 percent of your daily calcium!

Ingredient #2: Pumpkin Spice Sauce

Ingredient #3: Brewed Espresso

This is where you get that energetic buzz. Theres roughly 75 milligrams of caffeine in a tall PSL, comparable to half a cup of coffee or two cups of black tea.

Ingredient #4: Whipped Cream
