I love this stuff. This is a sure way to get in my 64 oz of fluids. It is zero calories, fats, carbs, and sugars..55 mg of sodium. No aftertaste like I experience with diet snapple, turkey hill, and arizona brands.
It is so delicious that I am sure that it is a reason I should not have it lol.
So all you vets out there give it to me straight whats wrong with it??

I hate reading labelsjust say caffeine, artificial sweetners, or whatever the case may be. smh
So now that you have more information, please chime in and tell me why my sleeve should not have it?? I have such a hard time getting in my water intake. I get in my protein because I still drink at least one premier shake a day.
Please give me the criticism I so deserveI need some tough love. I keep telling myself you know how this garbage taste, why do you need to eat it.
Oh most importantly I have not given up buffalo wings nor fried wings. Although I cant eat many, I need to cut it out.
