One of the employees explained to me today that removing the foam from the drink lowers the quality of the drink. To test this, I decided to buy 2 of the same drink, one with foam and one without. His advice was actually useful and the one with foam tasted better. Would recommend, welcoming workers that helped me through my experience. Don’t be afraid to ask the workers questions, they’re really helpful and nice.
Nice place and fast service. This was my first time visiting this establishment and it was a bit overwhelming trying to decide what to get because there were so many options and a few steps. Id suggest to do your research beforehand so youll have an idea on how and what to order. Overall it was good and fast service.

“I’m normally pretty forgiving because I work in food service but my experience here was so rough. People yelling, the store capacity not being regulated, waiting a LONG time for my drink order , and my drink was wrong when I got it. I wouldn’t even mind the wrong beverage either but whatever I got was not my thing at all. I hope this store gets some better staffing or efficient management because the employees seemed like they were doing their best with extremely limited guidance. I hope this was just an off day.”

They also have a different variety of tea biscuits to enjoy with your tea. The place has a wide variety of teas, milk cap, milk tea, shackles, slush, espresso and yogurt. Everything come with a variety of toppings. The menu is loaded with option and listed are simply directions on how to place your order. The staff was very nice and eager to help. they got out of their way to explain the menu and options you have. Bubble tea has these flavor eatable flavor balls in the tea.
